At work, the first half of QuizBusters is winding down. There are 3 games tonight, and 4 next week. Then...a break until January. That's good. Things are going pretty well so far. (No, I shouldn't say that because now there's a jinx). You'd think I'd learn.
The most important thing is that Sarah will be back in 2 1/2 weeks.
We went up north last weekend. Sarah called on Saturday morning at 5:30am. Not sure why she called at that hour, but I will never complain about hearing from her. Anyway, she said that she wasn't feeling well, and that she had a migraine. I didn't know that she got migraines, but maybe it was just her way of saying that she had a very bad headache. She called again when we were driving home, and we called her back after we arrived. We talked for about 30 minutes, and she was feeling better. It was very nice to hear from her.
The weekend in TC was uneventful. The weather was nice on Saturday, and we went downtown. That's about all we did. We took a lot of books to the Bookie Joint.
We were there for a couple of days, and I never went down to the lake. I can't imagine why, on a nice day, I didn't go and sit by the lake for at least a few minutes. Strange.
